Networking Packages

In order to allow better test automation results in networking environment, connectivity to external test equipment, such as traffic generators,t is usually required. The connectivity is a complex task which requires not only deep networking knowledge but also familiarity with the equipment programming interfaces.

The below list of networking packages were that were developed by Top-Q and are fully compatible with test automation frameworks as JSystem, TestNG and other Java based frameworks.

  • Apcon – The Apcon driver enables full control of the Apcon layer 1 switch and its functionality, such as attaching and detaching ports.
  • Avalnche – The Avalanche driver enables to load Avalanche configurations, change configuration parameters, play tests, read statistics and analyze them.
  • Ax4000 – The Ax4000 driver provides an API with parallel functionality to the Ax4000 GUI application. This enables to configure Ax4000, run, read statistics and analyze counters and packets from within JSystem.
  • IxExplorer – The IxExplorer driver provides an API with parallel functionality to the IxExplorer GUI application. This enables to configure IxExplorer, run, read statistics and analyze counters and packets from within JSystem.
  • IxLoad – The IxLoad driver enables to load IxLoad configurations, change configuration parameters, play tests, read statistics and analyze them.
  • N2X – The N2X driver provides an API with parallel functionality to the N2X GUI application. This enables to configure N2X, run, read statistics and analyze counters and packets from within JSystem.
  • Scapy – The Scapy driver enables you to turn a standard PC into a traffic generator and analyzer with parallel functionality to IxEcplorer and TestCenter system objects.
  • SmartBits – The SmartBits driver provides an API with parallel functionality to the SmartBits GUI application. This enables to configure SmartBits, run, read statistics and analyze counters and packets from within JSystem.
  • TestCenter – The TestCenter provides an API with parallel functionality to the TestCenter GUI application. This enables to configure TestCenter, run, read statistics and analyze counters and packets from within JSystem.
